  • how can I register for the personal guidance?

    You can request the executive guidance by sending us an email. [email protected]

  • What does a session cost?

    An executive guidance session of 1 hours cost 100 euro.

  • How can I pay the session?

    We will send you a payment link prior to the session.

  • How long will a one-on-one session take?

    A one-on-one session takes about 60 minutes depending on how much time is needed.

  • How can I join the one-on-one session?

    Before your session you will receive an email with a link to join your one-on-one session on Zoom. Only you and the teacher will have access to this link.

  • How can I cancel my one-on-one session?

    You can cancel your one-on-one session by sending an email to [email protected] at least 24 hours before your session starts. After you received a confirmation from the Inner Mind Institute your session will be officially canceled.

  • Do canceled sessions get refunded?

    You can receive a refund if you canceled your one-on-one sessions by email at least 24 hours prior to the start of your session. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
